Tonight Laura threw a surprise birthday party for her husband Tom.

The picture below is of Laura, Tom, and their daughter Ella.

The party was at Rics, an American/tex-mex cafe in Simpson Bay. What is great about Rics is the activities they offer to their customers. While Josh and Brandon played an intense game of ping pong, I played bags (or corn-hole is what they call is here?!?) with the girls.

Before we could totally beat them 19-21 we did have some interesting throws-- such as bags getting lost under trees, flying into the parking lot, and hitting the ceiling... I guess we need more practice!
